Cancellation Policy

1. Upon confirmation of a booking we require a deposit of $60 per room per night, or a sum mutually agreed. This may be paid by cash, money order, cheque ( If received 14 days prior to occupation ), or by lodgment of current MasterCard, American Express (3% surcharge applies) or Visa information. Bookings will be confirmed by letter, phone or email.
2. If cancellation notice is received 7 days prior to proposed occupation deposits will be refunded. Supplied credit card information will be unused.
3. If cancellation notice is received less than 7 days prior to proposed occupation and we are unable to re let the accommodation, deposits will not be refunded. Credit cards will be debited the appropriate amount.
4. If cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours prior to proposed occupation, total value of the booking may be forfeit.
5. If a booking is taken through a company or agent the cancellation policy of the agent or company will apply.
